Deloitte heading for Eurovea City
Deloitte’s Bratislava office is a modern, sustainable and flexible 2,300 sqm workplace on the seventh floor of Pribinova 34 - by leading Slovak developer JTRE. The site enjoys convenient direct connections to the popular and prestigious Eurovea shopping centre.
“As one of our newest office buildings, Pribinova 34 aspires to the highest BREEAM sustainability rating. It stylishly provides clients with first-class service in the premium Eurovea City riverside location. The building’s inherent integration of smart tech and apps is reflected in exciting new projects, such as selecting parking spaces and monitoring of energy consumption to deliver energy savings for tenants and the building," said Róbert Tenczer, JTRE’s leasing director. "We’ll work alongside Deloitte consulting at this new location for many successful years to come."
"Deloitte’s culture and values comprise the underlying principles that were incorporated into the project from the initial vision of the workplace strategy and layout to the interior’s attractive fitting out. This well-designed and optimally furnished space has biodynamic workplace lighting, uses up to 80% of existing furniture, is a design gold client, and sets a new standard for Deloitte's Slovak headquarters," says Martin Nagy. This iO Partners architect partnered Deloitte's internal change management team on rolling out this new approach to work through outstanding architecture and design.
This Deloitte European branch was a project drawn up in the post-pandemic period, which necessitated intensive project-management dialogue with the client. The quality-focused approach applied from the project’s initial visioning to the design’s development. This over two-year management project included contributions from Deloitte's internal team, architects, and iO Partners (JLL's preferred partner for CEE).
"Two key factors contributed to an outstanding outcome. First: the project preparatory phase with the internal Deloitte team to ascertain optimal solutions for its over 250 employees. Second: the close cooperation with the client and our team’s extensive experience (including Slovak head offices for international companies such as Allianz and Henkel in recent years). The completion of Pribinova 34 and the Deloitte offices were mutually complementary, which required a high degree of flexibility in project phasing, budget utilization, capacities, and construction organizations," adds Michal Oparty, head of iO Partners’ project management team.
