Healthy buildings with certified quality: JTRE & 365.invest projects retain WELL Health-Safety ratings

Developer JTRE and 365.invest – which manages Slovakia’s largest real estate fund – have once again reaffirmed their peerless position on the Slovak real estate market. Their office buildings have successfully received WELL Health-Safety Rating recertification for 2026 – a portfolio-wide recognition unique among national developers. Meeting these rigorous international standards is evidence of long-term build quality, prioritising users’ health, and professional facility management.

The WELL Health-Safety Rating assesses key aspects of healthy indoor environments, solely focusing on users’ safety, health and overall well-being in five main areas: cleaning and disinfection practices, emergency preparedness, health care resources, air and water quality management, and stakeholder engagement.

The WELL Health-Safety Rating-certified projects include River Park, Tower 115 and the Westend business district, as well as the admin projects Klingerka Offices, Landererova 12, Pribinova 19 and Zuckermandel Offices (which JTRE previously developed). The combination of BREEAM, LEED and WELL Health-Safety certifications make this the only office portfolio on the market which is independently certified in sustainability, health and safety.

“WELL Health-Safety gives users confidence in safe workplaces, while building managers harness a clear framework to prevent and mitigate unwelcome situations. We are proud that our buildings annually meet this standard,” said Matúš Paulen, JTRE’s Head of Property Management. “This approach benefits building owners and managers, and especially tenant companies and their employees. High-quality indoor environments with appropriate air circulation, ergonomic design, acoustics and lighting serve to promote productivity, creativity and satisfaction. Such interiors reduce sickness and fatigue, and create a professional, comfortable and modern working environment.”

“365.invest has long invested in building quality and employees’ comfort – we’ve been active on the Slovak market for 30 years. Together with JTRE, we are delivering a standard that aims to exceed expectations built on a high level of trust, transparency and professional governance. This success confirms our commitment to building modern, sustainable and truly healthy office spaces,” said Gabriel Balog, 365.invest’s CEO.

JTRE office spaces’ healthy approach is complemented by quality amenities: flexible work layouts, thoughtful breakout areas, healthy dining, support for active lifestyles, biophilic elements and excellent accessibility. As such, JTRE projects are the ideal solution for companies seeking a representative and healthy workplace.

“WELL Health-Safety Rating recertifications confirm that JTRE offers healthy, safe and well-managed interiors across its property portfolio – optimising users’ health and comfort is JTRE’s continual commitment,” said Marek Kremen, EXERGY consulting’s CEO. “The WELL rating is unique in focusing solely on the well-being and health of users – assessing air quality, cleanliness, equipment maintenance and filter replacement, as well as evaluating risks and buildings’ readiness for heightened operational situations. Far from being a merely symbolic rating, WELL also includes a third-party review and assessment in related areas.”
