Introducing JTRE’s latest exciting office space concept: De.signed by. Stylish and fashionable non-serviced offices ideal for the SME segment who seek optimal solutions at an attractive price-point. These contemporary business suites deliver unique design, signed and delivered by leading architectural studios – hence by combining ‘design’ and ‘signature’ we created the brand De.signed by.

The debut designer business suites are De.signed by MOROCZTACOVSKY at Tower 115. Experienced architects have penned inspirational reception areas, optional harmonious palettes, and spacious attractive communal kitchens, all centred around secluded work zones. "This new concept aims to create standout affordable spaces for companies with rather limited budgets. By cooperating with renowned architectural studios, we are confident of successful and stunning outcomes. Over time, we plan to roll out the De.signed office concept at our other office buildings – which will also enable many small companies to enjoy the vision of leading Slovak architectural studios,” explains Peter Píš, JTRE’s head of leasing.

As well as looking great, De.signed by office space also enjoys excellent functionality in the very best locations. The first - on the 16th floor of iconic Tower 115 - has stunning views of Bratislava, the Danube, and local area, – and is a distinctive landmark at Eurovea City: the area’s emerging downtown district. The area also boasts plentiful civic amenities, excellent public transport access, and direct highway bypass connections. Our initial offer of four business suites (58 m2 (2x), 98 m2, and 159 m2) was so popular that we expanded the concept to Tower 115. The range of designer offices will soon by complemented by Marek Rudohradský's architectural studio (Warehouse #7), Čechvala Architekti (Tower 115), and MOROCZTACOVSKY (Zuckermandel); and the selection of architectural studios for River Park office projects is currently underway.
