The new headquarters of the O2 Group (O2 Slovakia, O2 Business Services, CETIN Networks) is Eurovea City’s prestigious Pribinova 40.

During June 2024, the company and its over 150 employees moved from Aupark Tower (where they’d been for 16 years) to JTRE’s cutting-edge Pribinova 40. The new admin spaces have been thoughtfully adapted to incorporate agile team functioning, as characterized by O2’s autonomous project management within interdisciplinary teams.

"O2 has undergone big changes over the past year, led by an agile transformation that has led to enhanced customer service. And now this internal transformation is complemented by a new home, where the layouts aim to stimulate teamwork and contribute to optimal cooperation across all departments. I’m confident that the new premises will provide professional comfort, and especially inspire new thinking in creating the best customer services. I’m delighted that our Danube view will continue, as well as the corporate values and culture that underpin our esteemed products and services," explained Igor Tóth, O2’s CEO.

"Our Eurovea City riverside Pribinova 34 and Pribinova 40 offices fully incorporate ESG principles that aim to reduce the carbon footprint. Hence my satisfaction that Pribinova 40 has attracted a major mobile operator and key client: O2," said Róbert Tenczer, director of JTRE’s commercial real estate leasing department. "This shows that we deliver quality services in outstanding buildings in a great location with excellent accessibility and extensive amenities, supported by our own management company."

The 5,500 sqm premises features a terrace with inspiring views of the Danube and Bratislava’s southern suburbs. A stylish staircase seamlessly connects respective floors, while the property also includes a gym, central kitchenette with dining area, and cycling facilities/showers, as 02 actively supports its employees’ healthy lifestyles and green commuting.
