ASB Gala 2024: JTRE scoops four Developer of the Year awards

JTRE – one of the Central European real estate development market leaders – has received many awards for almost 30 years of activity. Including seven first-places at the prestigious ASB Gala Developer of the Year. But for the very first time for any developer, the company triumphed in all four categories in one year.

During the 18th annual ASB Gala 2024 awards, Pavel Pelikán (JTRE’s executive director) was delighted to receive awards in the following categories: residences, administration, retail, and public vote.

After taking silvers in previous years, 2024 saw JTRE strike gold with first place in the residential segment for Eurovea Tower, Eurovea Riverside, Ovocné sady Trnávka and Kynek Rezidencie. Pribinova 34 and Pribinova 40 won in the administration segment. Eurovea, which was extended to become Slovakia’s largest shopping centre, took the retail segment crown.

JTRE’s successful year included the completion of Eurovea on the picturesque Danube riverside, including an attractive extension with a new Octahedral Body sculpture centrepiece and the new Pribinova city boulevard. This popular and high-profile project was widely appreciated, as proven by JTRE taking its fourth prize of the evening - ASB Developer of the Year by public vote – for which nominations were cast at www.asb.sk.

The ASB Gala annually honours the leading companies and professionals that contribute to the Slovak construction industry, architecture, and urbanity. Given their comprehensive scope - from developers to designers and architects to construction companies - these awards have a prominent profile in Slovakia.
