Demand for flexible and well-designed office spaces in Bratislava continues to grow. In response to current market needs, developer JTRE is expanding its successful De.signed by furnished office concept with an additional floor in the Pribinova 34 administrative building in the prestigious Eurovea City waterfront district.
Following the successful occupancy of the designed office spaces on the second floor of Pribinova 34, JTRE has now launched new offices on the third floor. These spaces were designed in collaboration with the renowned architectural studio RUDOHRADSKY. The project offers a total of 2,245 m² of designed office space, divided into 15 independent units ranging from 32 to 201 m² in size. Several office units remain available.

Recent trends in the office market show that companies increasingly seek smaller, more flexible spaces. Hybrid work arrangements in many organisations have reduced the need for large office areas.
